For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Cherven Bryag /near Pleven/, we are looking for a precise person with excellent communication skills at the position: Master Data Specialist - Business Partners (f/m/d)

job.tasks

Master data maintenance of the business partners’/BP/ (vendors, customers etc.) in the internal ERP systems (Infor LN and SAP S/4)
Align the recently implemented process for the creation and update. Requesting the necessary information, if missing
Validate, transform and consolidate master data information using internally established path – by phone and by mail with the stakeholders
Validate requested master data for new suppliers and bank account changes by phone and e-mail with the external suppliers
Create new and update existing master data according to the incoming service requests
Process data aspects, related to legal compliance requirements

job.qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree
Experience in a similar position - will be an advantage
Practical experience with ERP systems (Infor or SAP) - is a plus
Very good customer service and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
General understanding of accounting processes
Fluency in English - both written and verbal
