This Palfleet truck equipment goes above and beyond to help people. I had a used RKI toolbox that needed a key, called several RKI dealers and they couldn't help. Went to Palfleet and they handed me a ring with every key RKI cuts and sent me out to figure out which one worked on my box. Figured it out and they searched up and down looking for extra keys to give away. They didn't have my key so they let me borrow their key and go to the locksmith down the street. When I returned they took the key back and wished me a Merry Christmas. Their showroom looked great, when I need more truck equipment I will go straight to Palfleet. Small town customer service and friendly faces in the big Dallas. Thanks for the help!
