At our PALFINGER Installation Centers in Lengau, Austria, and Solec, Poland, we build and integrate complete vehicles in 30 dedicated installation bays — fully coordinated, professionally assembled, and ready for immediate operation.

Digitally supported throughout the entire process, we combine precision and efficiency — from the first bolt to final documentation. The result is maximum reliability, premium quality, and a vehicle engineered to perform exactly as intended — tailored to your specific requirements.

Because installation is directly integrated with crane assembly and production, bodywork, hydraulics, electronics, and control systems function seamlessly as one cohesive system.

Installation Customized Design

Painting

We deliver truck bodies with a premium finish engineered to stand the test of time. Regardless of the initial surface condition — sandblasted, KTL-primed, galvanized, or OEM paint — we ensure a consistent, high-quality coating across every component.

Our wet-on-wet coating system guarantees excellent adhesion, smooth surface quality, and long-term corrosion protection. The process includes:

Epoxy Primer – for strong adhesion and superior corrosion resistance
2K Acrylic Topcoat – for precise color matching and high durability
Optional Clear Coat – for enhanced gloss and additional protection

Vehicle Handover

Upon customer request, we offer a tailor-made vehicle handover precisely aligned with the respective body structure and individual crane configuration, conducted directly on the customer’s vehicle. Our experts provide hands-on instruction on all relevant functions, accessory components and software applications at the vehicle, enabling the operator to work safely, efficiently and with full system performance from day one. The combination of professional handovers and intensive operator training ensures maximum operational readiness as well as a comprehensive understanding of the entire system. The vehicle handovers are conducted flexibly, either at our premises or directly at the customer’s site.
