Regional Sales Manager SE

PALFINGER is searching for a Regional Sales Manager Southeast to expand existing sales, develop new sales, and build an account portfolio in the SE territory. You will work with the distributor base, develop and grow small, medium, and large size end user fleet business; cultivate and market diretcly to leasing companies, OEM's (Trailer and Truck Body) Regional Lease (Pac-Lease, IdeaLease & National Lease), along with the national companies (Penske & Ryder).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Expand existing sales, develop new sales, and build an account portfolio in the SE territory (Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida).

Grow leasing companies, fleets, trailer business, and Body OEMs; direct and execute sales plans and strategies for better profitability and service.

Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, generate leads, and negotiate contracts.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze sales statistics, and determine sales potential and inventory requirements.

Manage regional meetings/associations, attend vendor/supplier meetings, and represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
-
Must reside in VA, TN, NC, SC, GA, or FL; minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience; preferred experience in truck equipment or truck sales.

Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service principles.

Effective verbal and written communication; problem-solving abilities with logical reasoning.

Experience in team collaboration; ability to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful.

Ability to travel within the U.S. for customer meetings and trade shows; experience in negotiating contracts and influencing outcomes.
