Through its Mounting Competence Center (MCC), PALFINGER offers the highest standard of factory-installed vehicle solutions – from complete, custom vehicles and standard solutions to base body structures and mounting kits. At two sites in Lengau, Austria, and Solec Kujawski, Poland, we combine vehicles and cranes to form fully integrated units. The MCC sites draw on direct access to PALFINGER products, close cooperation with truck manufacturers, and experience earned through countless completed installations to deliver the best possible results for our customers.

What’s more, the expertise and innovative ideas within the MCC generate decisive input to optimize the interfaces between the vehicle, loader crane, and overall structure. This benefits not only PALFINGER dealers and service partners but, most importantly, all of our customers around the world.

At our PALFINGER installation centers in Lengau in Austria and Solec Kujawski in Poland, we build complete vehicles across 30 assembly stations –perfectly configured, fully integrated, and ready for immediate use.

Digital assistance tools throughout the entire assembly process enables us to work precisely and efficiently – from the first bolt to the final paperwork.

This results in absolute reliability, exceptional quality, and a vehicle that does exactly what it was designed to do, tailored to your needs.

Close interaction with crane assembly and manufacturing ensures that the body structure, hydraulics, electronics, and control systems are seamlessly integrated. Handover

The PALFINGER Mounting Competence Center can provide tailored handover training upon request to help familiarize customers with their specific vehicle and crane configuration. This training is provided using the customer’s own equipment. Our experts explain all functions, accessories, and software applications right in the customer’s vehicle, enabling operators to work safely and efficiently – and benefit from full system performance – from day one. This unique combination of expert vehicle handover and thorough operator training guarantees maximum operational readiness and ensures that customers fully understand the entire system.

Finishing

Every truck body in our paint shop receives the most precise and durable coating possible. Whether the surface is sand-blasted, cathodic dip coated, galvanized, or finished with original paint, every component receives the same high-quality coating.

We rely on a wet-on-wet system to ensure optimal adhesion, smooth surfaces, and long-lasting protection. The coating system consists of:

  • Primer (epoxy) – to ensure strong adhesion and protection against corrosion
  • 2K acrylic topcoat – to provide perfect coloring and durability
  • Optional clear coat – to add extra gloss and protection

The result? Durable, visually appealing surfaces that can withstand the tough demands of daily use.

This PALDRIVE vehicle concept, with the PK 24.001 SLD 5 loader crane and a three-way tipper, is ideally suited for the requirements of the construction industry and the transport of building materials, but also for the municipal sector. By optimally matching the front-mounted loader crane, carrier vehicle and body, we have created a customized solution for these applications.
This well thought-out PALDRIVE concept is perfectly designed for the transport as well as efficient and safe loading and unloading of building material goods. Whether in bulk or stored on pallets, with the PK 24.001 SLD 5 loader crane you can lift loads of up to 5,750 kg and quickly and easily load the goods onto the more than 10 square meter loading area. Thanks to the dimensions of 4,350 x 2,440 mm, there is also room for up to 10 Euro pallets. The 800 mm high drop sides and countless attachment points make optimal load securing possible. In addition, the tank volume of 300 liters offers large ranges for maximum flexibility. We understand all this and much more as a complete solution.
