Join PALFINGER as a Lead Manufacturing Industrial Engineer, where you'll drive product support, process implementation, and new product releases to manufacturing. You'll lead a dynamic team, manage the ECN process, bill of materials, routings, and collaborate closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the OKC industrial engineering team, focusing on fixture design, project planning, execution, and process development.
Provide engineering support to Operations, the PALFINGER Production System (PPS) team, and the Quality department, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Develop and refine processing plans, routing structures, work center designs, materials handling, manpower requirements, time studies, and cost analysis for new and existing products.
Oversee long- and short-term processing plans, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective project completion.
Represent the department internally and externally, driving cross-plant initiatives, and leading a team of Manufacturing Industrial Engineers to exceed expectations.

Your Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with 4 years of experience preferred.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and general CAD knowledge (Pro-E, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Creo).
Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), exceptional project and team management capabilities, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
A collaborative, flexible, and self-driven approach, able to work independently and adapt to change with constructive feedback.
Strong leadership skills, fostering relationships both internally and externally while maintaining a focus on results.
