Join PALFINGER as a Lead Manufacturing Industrial Engineer, where you'll drive product support, process implementation, and new product releases to manufacturing. You'll lead a dynamic team, manage the ECN process, bill of materials, routings, and collaborate closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and continuous improvement. Be a key player in shaping the future of innovative products at PALFINGER!

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the OKC industrial engineering team, focusing on fixture design, project planning, execution, and process development.
  • Provide engineering support to Operations, the PALFINGER Production System (PPS) team, and the Quality department, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and refine processing plans, routing structures, work center designs, materials handling, manpower requirements, time studies, and cost analysis for new and existing products.
  • Oversee long- and short-term processing plans, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective project completion.
  • Represent the department internally and externally, driving cross-plant initiatives, and leading a team of Manufacturing Industrial Engineers to exceed expectations.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with 4 years of experience preferred.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and general CAD knowledge (Pro-E, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Creo).
  • Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), exceptional project and team management capabilities, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and self-driven approach, able to work independently and adapt to change with constructive feedback.
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering relationships both internally and externally while maintaining a focus on results.
