For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Cherven Bryag/Pleven, we are looking for an initiative, detail-oriented person with excellent analytical skills at the position: Accounts Payable Specialist /English and/or German/ (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify and book invoices of different type (External, Intercompany, PO, NON-PO) in SAP
• Contribute the processing of accounts payable invoices on a timely manner, respect payment terms and avoid delayed payments
• Identify correct coding information and forward for proper approval to responsible in the business organization
• Communicate with internal or external customers and investigate issues with supplier invoices when needed
• Check the data according to the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Prepare the necessary documents for the closing of the relevant financial periods
• Summarize the current financial status and reconciliation of all accounts payable
• Comply with and enforce the International Financial Reporting Standards - IFRS and GAAP

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Previous experience in a similar position is required
• Knowledge of SAP processes - will be an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Very good level of English and/or German
• A Good Team Player
