What is the Operator Pool?
The Operator Pool is a database with the contact details of end users. We use it for surveys, interviews, and direct exchange as feedback for product development.
How and how often will I be contacted if I register for the Operator Pool?
You will be contacted a maximum of 4 times per year, usually in the form of a survey. With some operators, we are also in touch by phone or face to face, but only after emailing first.
What benefits do I get from registering?
We regularly raffle off goodies such as model cranes or vouchers for the PALFINGER webshop among the new users who register. You can also win prizes for participating in surveys and interviews. But above all, your voice is heard, and has an impact on future product development.
What happens to my data?
If you gave us consent at the end of the registration form, we (the companies of the PALFINGER Group) are allowed to process and store your data. Furthermore, we are allowed to use your data to evaluate market and customer requirements, that means we can contact you in writing or by phone to invite you to surveys, interviews and feedback rounds. Your participation is always voluntary.
Can I unsubscribe from the Operator Pool?
You can revoke your registration to the Operator Pool at any time by using an unsubscribing link in the received emails.
Can I register if I do not operate a PALFINGER product but one from a competitor?
No matter which crane or other product you operate, we are happy to welcome you to the Operator Pool.
