We're looking for a Materials Management Administrator to manage inventory data, procurement, and vendor information at our brand-new Parts Hub in Huntley, IL. Your Responsibilities

Determine the right vendors for parts and materials, handle procurement, and maintain accurate documentation.
Calculate selling prices, create new part numbers, and ensure accurate bill-of-materials and stock kit orders.
Track goods receipts vs. inventory, resolve invoicing discrepancies, and coordinate with finance.
Manage inventory levels in SAP, process transfers, and adjust stock as needed.
Work with receiving to address material issues, coordinate replacements or credits, and maintain vendor relationships.

Your Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
Five (5) years’ experience in vendor management or a related field preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of material setup and management within an inventory management system, preferably SAP.
Customer service mindset to provide the best available solutions in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with ability to utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.
