To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Strategy PMO Associate (f/m/d).

The Strategy Project Management Office (PMO) works closely with management on the planning and execution of the PALFINGER Group Strategy as well as cross-functional strategic programs and projects. A focus will be on establishing and maintaining the related PMO.

Your Responsibilites

Guide project and program teams in the creation of project definitions and project orders
Support the implementation of strategic programs and projects in setting, enforcing and monitoring clear timelines and targets
Responsible for the PMO (project management office) for selective projects
Collect and process relevant data for situation analysis and decision preparation
Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
Establish mechanisms to monitor and report financial/non-financial performance and identify areas for optimization
Ensure adoption of project management standards and tools across CDS, identify improvement opportunities

Your Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in commercial or technical field
Around 3 years of relevant professional experience (project management), ideally in an international environment
Project Management qualification/certification, ideally based on PMI
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Well-organized and structured person with hands-on mindset (getting things done-mentality)
Fluent German and English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
