Senior Process & Data Expert - Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for additional expertise in process management within the areas of inventories and S&OP supply planning.
Your Responsibilities

Develop the global strategy for processes and data in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory management
- Ensure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision making
- Ensure knowledge build up and experience exchange across regions/sites (e.g. concept behind safety/cycle stock, inventory drivers, constrained vs. unconstrained demand)
- Modelling, standardization, and documentation of processes along with training of local experts during roll-outs
- Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Your Qualifications

Academic degree or proven track record in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field
- Ideally proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Several years of professional experience with ERP (especially SAP) are advantageous
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with great interest in the conception and implementation of new processes
- Willingness for occasional travel and German & English at a proficient level

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
