PALFINGER is seeking a strong Distribution Support Representative to work out of our Council Bluffs, IA facility. In this role you will be the direct contact for our distributors inquiring about their order status and waranty questions. This role reports to the Regional Spare Parts Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Customer inquiries via phone calls and emails regarding price and availbility of products.
Understanding and promoting or order and return policies to distributors.
Enter customer orders into SAP with accuracy of all required details to process order.
Provide distributors with open order and delivery status.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Set up and manage spare part price sheets.

Your Qualifications

1 year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
SAP experience preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills required.
