Regional Sales Manager

PALFINGER is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help us expand and elevate our AWP product line. This fully remote, individual contributor role puts you in control—driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and growing market share across the Southeast, Northeast, or Midwest regions, where you must be based, with national opportunities available.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new accounts, targeting key vertical markets to grow our AWP product line.
  • Uncover opportunities for sales growth and build a robust pipeline in a segment 
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to manage the full territory efficiently, balancing time between prospecting new accounts, engaging key customers, and driving deals to close, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Build expertise in the AWP product line, delivering value-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, growing revenue and expanding market share in a segment poised for innovation and growth.
  • Represent PALFINGER with professionalism and a focus on building long-term customer relationships.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven success in sales, with experience in equipment, industrial products, or related markets preferred.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and travel schedule.
  • Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn product specifications to address customer needs effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to identify and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experience with sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • Located in the Southeast, Northeast, or Midwest regions, with the ability to travel as needed.
