We are looking for an organizational talent to support our regional HR Marine team in Kasern as an HR Project Manager. In this position, you will manage international HR projects, ensure successful project implementation and guarantee alignment with our company goals through effective planning, coordination and stakeholder management. Networking and communication are key, and an intercultural and proactive personality is crucial for success.
Your responsibilities
- Manage HR projects from inception to completion including project plans, timelines and budgets
- Project examples: International handbooks, international harmonization of documents, standards, and systems (e.g. payroll), employee health initiatives
- Monitor project progress and KPIs, conduct risk assessments and create reports for Stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative
Your qualifications
- University degree or comparable education in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in project management, certification is a plus
- Experience with stakeholders and cultures outside of Europe is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as responsiveness, empathy and an independent way of working
- Very good command of the English language (verbal and written)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
