To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Global Demand & Analytics Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for sales planning within our global S&OP process and will play a crucial role in steering the company.

Your responsibilities

Responsibility for company-wide sales planning within the framework of the S&OP process
Active design of the sales planning process (S&OP)
Ensuring the planning-compliant distribution of available production capacities to internal customers
Leveraging synergies between regions and product divisions, including shared service centers
Contact person for regional sales back offices

Your qualifications

Completed university education (Uni/FH) in business administration or comparable subjects
Several years of professional experience in the field of planning and analysis, preferably in an international environment; experience with S&OP and sales planning is an advantage
Affinity for sales topics and working with numbers, statistical and SAP knowledge is an advantage
Quick comprehension, strong communication skills, and confident appearance
Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage; willingness to travel occasionally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
