Palfinger USA, LLC is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join it's team located at 4151 W. State Route 18, Tiffin, OH 44883. This position reports to the Material Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Create Purchase orders in ERP System. Work with MRP system. Support process adherence and data accuracy of the ERP system.
Monitor Multiple site procurement needs. Consumption of material from Inventory to Work orders. Reconciling invoices with Finance. Update System Pricing.
Communicate with Vendors.
Follow up on Open Purchase Orders. Monitor on order material and report to Production Team. Part Number Entry.
Must be Fluent in Microsoft Office.
Will perform audits of reported production to verify accuracy and initiate corrective action to eliminate problems as required. Prepare reports as requested by the Materials Manager. Make recommendations to leadership regarding process improvement and space management.
Performs other essential functions as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Associate degree or 2 years related experience and/or training. Clerical experience.
Computerized data entry. Experience working with ERP system.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work within time constraints.
Well organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Microsoft office knowledge.
