Schaumburg, IL, August 8, 2024 — PALFINGER, the global leader in innovative crane and lifting solutions, is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Servicios Industriales Gonzales (SIG), a leading producer of heavy structural weldments based in Monterrey, Mexico. This strategic partnership marks a significant step forward in enhancing PALFINGER's supply chain and operational efficiency in North America. With expertise in welding automation, process optimization, and cost efficiency, SIG aligns with PALFINGER's commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Under the terms of the LOI, SIG will supply PALFINGER with welded parts essential for its cable hoist, service crane, and aerial work platform products in North America. The shared vision and focus on quality, automation, and process repeatability were key factors in PALFINGER’s decision to partner with SIG.
