PALFINGER is searching for a dynamic Service & Install Manager to join our growing team at our innovative facility located in Cerritos, CA.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and resolve Liftgate product issues via various communication methods; interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and manuals for accurate installations and repairs.

Team Leaders Lead and manage a service team to ensure exceptional customer service, timely project completion, and high-quality work.

Prepare quotes for service jobs, follow up on repairs, and validate the accuracy of completed work.

Service Center Maintenance and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient service center environment in line with company standards and values.

Customer Communication and Order Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers, manage service/repair orders, schedule services, and ensure accurate billing documentation
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 5 years of experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, preferably with Liftgates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and leadership; ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Strong dedication to customer service, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and address customer inquiries.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000
