211 PALFINGER ETI Platforms delivered to Thailand

A total of 211 PALFINGER ETI platforms will be delivered to the local authorities at the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), a state owned power electricity company of Thailand in March 2021 by our partner Hydroquip Co., Ltd.

PALFINGER clinched the ETI tender deal in 2020 as our first large scale penetration into Asia with the Insulated Aerial Platforms. With this order, we have put the ETI product range into the market amongst other major suppliers of insulated platforms. This landmark deal also acts as a reference project, speaking volumes about our manufacturing and support capabilities when we speak to other potential customers with inquiries.

Our partner for this deal was Hydroquip Company Limited & its associated company, Transmart Company Limited (which is our Tail Lift dealer). They have been established since 2000 and contributed greatly to the industrial growth in the areas of logistic platforms, tail-lifts and other logistic equipment.

The first 45 units were successfully delivered to PEA in January 2021, and our partner is currently mounting the remaining equipment. We look forward to the completion of this deal and many future collaborations to come.
