Swivel Seat

The PALFINGER swivel seat rotates 25° outward with an additional 5° inward tilt, offering easy ergonomic access and reducing neck strain during reversing. Its integrated safety bar adds an extra layer of protection without additional operational steps. This design prioritizes driver comfort, promoting better posture, which contributes to improved workplace productivity, safety, and overall driver well-being.

CABIN

DESIGN

The FLS 25's new design mixes smart ideas and tough materials. Its innovative new mast and telescopic forks contribute to a low dead weight without compromising strength. This smart design feature allows it to easily unload both rows of cargo from one side of the truck without needing to switch sides. The sleek FLS 25 uses plastic for looks and steel for strength, making a forklift that is not only appealing but stable, safe, and long-lasting.

Lighting & visibility

The new FLS 25 is all about seeing and being seen. It features bright LED lights for 360° visibility, helping you work safely in any condition. Warning lights and optional street lighting ensure you're visible on the road. The redesigned lifting mast improves forward visibility, giving you a clear view of the fork tips and the right side of the vehicle. Safe reversing at dusk or in darkness is ensured by the LED rear lights and the rear work light, which is also certified as a reversing light. POWER PACKS & DRIVE CONCEPTS

The FLS 25 offers different power solutions and drive options to suit your needs: a powerful diesel engine for economical operation and an eDRIVE fully electric drive. The diesel option provides high torque and efficiency, while eDRIVE offers quiet, emissions-free operation with flexible battery and charging choices. Both feature robust Road Drive and Terrain Drive traction systems for reliable performance in tough conditions. The optional 4-way steering ensures excellent maneuverability, perfect for handling bulky and especially long loads in tight spaces.

SIDE SEAT DESIGN

The side seat design provides great visibility, offering the operator a clear view of both the load and surroundings, which enhances safety and precision. It also offers easier access to controls and a more comfortable working posture, which can reduce operator fatigue. The FLS 25 side seat truck-mounted forklift is the first of its kind in PALFINGER’s range, expanding the total product portfolio to include middle seat, side seat, and box-mounted (BM) configurations.
