The Services Manager – B&D role will primarily involve teaming up with Head of After Sales B&D and the B&D After Sales team to establish and continuously develop a functional Expert Services department focused on Special Services, Upgrades, Commissioning, Installation Supervision, Warranty Execution and other complex interventions.
Will also provide best in class Technical support for B&D Products ensuring quick and efficient responses to inbound technical support issues. A proper functioning service and remote support setup is crucial for Palfinger Marine to work efficiently and deliver best-in-class After Sales and Customer Services. The Expert Services will be fully responsible for running and managing the Palfinger Marine’s technical support department in B&D.
Manager Services has the ultimate goal to manage a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians that will focus on executing Complex After Sales interventions from the moment our Equipment is still at the factory until the end of its lifetime.
