To strengthen our team in Schiedam, we are looking for a Spares Coordinator (f/m/d) who acts as a first point of contact for all customer-related topics. If you are ambitious and ready for a new challenge, you've come to the right place.

Your responsibilities

First point of contact in all customer-related topics, such as quotations, complaints and orders
Ensuring customer satisfaction by validating the orders, providing the required items, verifying price and delivery time with suppliers as well as terms and conditions of sales
Collaboration with the spares and warehouse teams to ensure a timely and accurate spares and order process
Processing of orders in the ERP system
Cooperation of internal stakeholders, such as finance department and purchasing team

Your qualifications

Completed education in a technical or administrative field
Experience in the Marine industry is an advantage
Technical understanding of mechatronics or electrics, as well as experience in the handling of ERP-systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, motivated personality with a customer-centric mindset
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
