In this remote role, you’ll shape customer-centric product strategies by crafting roadmaps, pricing models, promotional campaigns, and launch plans that make an impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development of a cohesive regional product strategy/roadmap based on competitive and customer analyses in coordination with Global Product Management.
- Develop and lead product education processes and tools, customer proposals/presentations to improve the customer buying experience.
- Support and educate direct and distribution sales teams on product development.
- Develop competitive value propositions & differentiation strategies.
- Execute the Palfinger “Voice of the Customer” process.
- Scope and represent the customer requirements, market potential and competitive product pricing plans.
- Develop and coordinate product launch plans.
- Use a fact-based approach to develop forecasts of customer demand.
- Partner with Marketing to develop the product promotional content and marketing messages.
Your Qaulifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ commercial truck or heavy equipment, product management experience.
- Associate degree in business or related field.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic equipment a plus.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Strong ability to influence others and get results.
- A passion for learning, intercultural awareness, and a can-do attitude.
