Spares Coordinator (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Spare Parts Order

  • Reading and understanding technical drawings to identify spare spares and retrieve item codes
  • Requesting technical support if required to obtain more information and identify spares
  • Process orders request from Service Department

Sales Order

  • Assist and attend to incoming enquires and customers order
  • Prepare and generate quotation
  • Calculating sales price from purchase price from Paldesk/ Intercompany/Purchaser and ensure products are priced accurately
  • Coordinate on purchasing and delivery schedule arrangement
  • Liaising with customers about delays of orders and other discrepancies/issues reported by Purchaser and/or Intercompany

SAP System Administration

  • Ensure order confirmation are accurately capture in SAP for invoicing at the right quantity and price
  • Update the system (GRN and withdrawals of spare parts)

Orders Fulfilment

  • Receiving of crane spare parts
  • Assist the warehouse operator in basic packing according to order confirmation
  • Coordinate with customers and forwader for timely customer delivery
  • Prepare commerical invoices packing list/ Delivery order

Your Qualification

•    Diploma qualifications or equivalent in any discipline (preferably with engineering or technical background)
•    2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in spare parts coordination and procurement
•    Previous working experiences in Marine and offshore industry preferred
•    Familiar with using CRM database systems or equivalent (e.g. SAP)
•    Computer literate with good MS Office skills in word, excel
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•    Effective communicator and team player
