For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for a structured, goal-oriented and highly motivated person at the position: CRM APPLICATION SPECIALIST (Microsoft Dynamics 365) (f/m/d)

Then take the opportunity to actively shape the future of the PALFINGER CRM system together with the PALFINGER process organization as part of the digital transformation.

Your Tasks

• Implementation of necessary technical customizations in the Microsoft D365 CE CRM environment
• Collaboration with external service providers and acting as a technical interface between the PALFINGER process organization/departments and our external service providers
• Monitoring of existing CRM interfaces (e.g., to SAP S/4HANA)
• Design and further development of the system architecture
• CRM Data Management: Data preparation, import, and cleansing
• Incident Management (resolving 2nd level support requests)

Your Qualification

• Completed technical education or equivalent qualification in Customer Engagement field
• Extensive professional experience with Microsoft D365 CE
• Strong technical expertise in managing various interfaces/connectors
• Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, structured, independent, and conscientious work approach
• Strong team orientation, goal-oriented, and solution-focused
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, German - will be a plus
