Every mechanics service truck body is manufactured using A60 galvanneal steel and dipped in PALFINGER's E-Coat system to ensure the best possible rust prevention. Mechanics service bodies are available in 9' to 14' lengths and crane capacities ranging from 20,000 ft/lbs to 86,000 ft/lbs. Choose from a wide range of storage options, bumpers, and accessories to make your PAL Pro unique to your business.
PAL Pro bodies are constructed using two-sided A60 galvannealed steel and protected by a 12-step E-Coat process that provides the best anti-corrosion protection available for steel bodies and cranes.
A true mechanics workbench, featuring 12-30” workbench bumpers, standard receiver hitch, standard 1/4" or 5/16” steel top plate and thru compartment for additional storage.
Every raised compartment comes with PALFINGER’S engineered internal gussets for increased protection against body cracking from crane applications and job site conditions.

Each mechanics body is optimized for weight savings and structurally reinforced for use with specific crane model ranges.
Choose from a wide range of available body configurations and raised street side and curb side compartments on the entire PAL Pro lineup. Our industry-leading PAL Pro 43 mechanics body is built to handle our 8,000 lbs. service crane rated at 43,000 ft. lbs. lifting capacity.
PALFINGER PAL Pro 72 and 86 Mechanics Truck crane bodies are engineered to fit on heavy duty class 6-7 truck chassis from a range of manufacturers including Kenworth, Peterbilt, Ford, International, Freightliner and Western Star.
Body and side pack configurations range from 11’ to 14’ long with 52” or 60” compartment heights. Our PAL Pro 86 mechanics body is built to handle our largest 14,000 lbs. service crane rated at 86,000 ft. lbs. lifting capacity.
