The Project Manager PMO - Standards is supporting to increase the efficiency within the projects through mutually defined, smart, supportive and sustainable processes, methods, tools and manuals.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create specification documents
Moderate alignment meetings with the stakeholders
Create/adapt Word, Excel, Powerpoint templates
Create/adapt internal, official processes
Create/adapt internal, official Manuals
Coordinate/organize/support the maintenance and further development of the project management SW
Create test plans/reports and/or coordinate external testing
Give and gather feedback
Inform proactive about the current status

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in a technical or business field
Excellent knowledge of current project management methods & tools (e.g. PjM-Software)
Project certifications advantageous (e.g. PMI “PMP”)
Experience in the area of process management
Strong communicator, facilitator, and moderator (able to build bridges)
Enjoys working in an intercultural and global team
Business English is mandatory

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
