PALFINGER is searching for a Sales Support Admin/Transportation & Sales Inspector to support the Sales Operation Team. We are located at 341 NW 122, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. This position reports to the Sales Operation and Order Fulfillment Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Supports the Sales Operation and Order Fulfillment Manager in office administration, inspections, and transportation.
Gathers and prepares documents to create installation manuals and product manuals.
Works as liaison for the sales team and manufacturing, operations, and engineering.
Assists with compiling and publishing weekly sales reports.
Assists with preparing program reports for superiors.

Your Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required plus 3+ years related experience.
Knowledge of customer base, including specific design builds
Knowledge and visibility of the chassis industry
Previous project management experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with strong written and oral communication skills.
High sense of urgency to assist and complete tasks.
Ability to work independently, in high stress situations, with multiple individuals making multiple demands.
Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
Ability to comfortably drive to make local deliveries of products.
Must have the ability to travel up to 20% to attend and setup company booth space for industry trade shows.
