We are currently looking for a competent Service Co-Ordinator for our office in Gosport.

JOB TASKS:

Liaise with customers, vessel managers etc. to ensure engineer mobilisation is achieved in a timely and cost effective manner
Provide quotations, confirmations and issue PO’s for job requirements
Arrange travel, accommodation & on-boarding for engineers in line with job requirements
Provide risk assessments and method statements for each project.
Enter project costings from expenses, timesheets etc. into LN system to enable invoices to be raise
