To strengthen our Team in Samora Correia we are looking for a Mounting Coordinator (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Responsibility for planning assemblies considering technical requirements, feasibility, and profitability within the quality standards of the group
Coordinating the engineering and other departments
Defining and managing production staff, preparing material lists, and ensuring quality and timely delivery
Planning, coordinating, and managing assembly processes
Aligning KPIs monthly with the Director of Assembly in Madrid
Optimizing assemblies for efficiency, safety, and profitability
Ensuring projects meet customer requirements

Your Qualification

Engineering degree in industrial field
Minimum 3 years experience in machine and/or automotive industry
Specialization in production, assembly line coordination, or supply chain
Knowledge of logistics, sourcing, or industrial organization is a plus
Advanced Portuguese and English level required; Spanish will be considered as a plus
Soft skills: autonomy, proactivity, leadership, teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, flexibility, and resilience
Willingness to travel within Portugal and occasionally in Europe
